Your space vs. the community
The Dashboard and The Hub
Your Dashboard is your private command center. The Hub is where the community's public collections come to life. What appears where is controlled by each item's visibility setting.

The Dashboard shows your entire collection — every item regardless of visibility. Track total value, see category breakdowns, organize by location, and jump into any item to edit details or list it for sale.

The Hub is a community browse of other collectors' public items — never your own. Search and filter by category, seller or condition, add pieces to your watchlist, and send offers on items you'd love to own.

Visibility options — what each choice does
Set an item's visibility when you add or edit it. This decides whether it stays private, appears on The Hub, or goes up for sale.
Only you can see it, in your Dashboard. It never appears on The Hub and isn't for sale — ideal for a personal catalog you're not ready to share.
Visible to other collectors on The Hub. There's no fixed price — interested members can send you offers, which you can accept or decline. Great for showing off pieces and gauging interest.
Listed in the Marketplace at a fixed price (your Estimated Value) so buyers can purchase instantly. Requires shipping details (weight, size, carrier) for label pricing.
Listed as a timed auction with a starting bid, reserve price, buy-now price and minimum bid increments. The highest bid at close wins.
Kept private, but flagged as an item you bought from another member — a tidy record of provenance inside your own collection.
Applied automatically once an item sells. The listing is locked and can no longer be edited or relisted.
Tip: you can change an item's visibility any time from its edit screen — move a piece from Private to Public, or list it for sale, in a couple of clicks.
